Welcome
to IRCON ERP
The IRCON ERP setup is located in
the new Saket office in the Datacenter. For working
on SAP which is the IRCON ERP there are two option. Either
you can go through the SAP Portal ( Web GUI) or
through the SAP GUI.
1.
SAP Portal ( WEB GUI) works
through the normal internet explorer 6 and no client is required on the
users machine.
1. Enter one of the following URL's in the address field of the web browser
or click on the corresponding link to the server to which you have access. Most
end users need to connect to one of the first three only.

A sap login screen
will popup.
3.
Users can log on into the system using
their assigned user id and password and start working.
2.
SAP GUI works through the SAP GUI client loaded
on the users machine. ( This
option is recommended as it has higher functionality and is a faster option. ) An ERP core team personnel however needs to first install
the SAP GUI on the end users machine.
NOTE: To work on this system you first need to directly
connect to the ERP servers. If you are working from inside the new Saket office the system will work on the local LAN with no
additional configurations required. However in case you are connecting from
outside the Saket office you first need to setup a
link to the Data center ( through Vfortress
a VPN software). The procedure for which is given
